DatingZen Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using DatingZen (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept all of the terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on DatingZen. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and have not been previously suspended or removed from our Service.

3. Intentional Matching Rules (The Zen Protocol)

To preserve mutual respect and mental wellbeing, DatingZen enforces core structural mechanics:

• Active Chats Cap: Members are limited to 3 concurrent active conversation threads. New matches cannot be initiated until an existing chat is replied to or unmatched.
• 24-Hour Spark Clock: Unresponded match connections automatically expire after 24 hours unless extended using Spark Coins.
• Mutual Chats Are Free: Both users can message mutually matched connections at zero cost without mandatory subscription barriers.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Harassment

You agree not to use DatingZen to:

• Harass, stalk, intimidate, bully, or demean any person.
• Post or transmit unsolicited sexually explicit, obscene, or threatening imagery.
• Solicit money, investments, bank transfers, or fraudulent commercial services.
• Impersonate any person or upload photographs that are not your own.

Violating these rules results in immediate permanent device-level and phone-level bans without refund.

5. Purchases, Spark Coins & UPI Payments

DatingZen offers optional paid features, including Spark Coins and DatingZen Gold subscriptions. All transactions processed via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Cards are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time directly through your UPI Autopay console or account settings.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
